Set up NEW home internet on February 6th it went out 9 days later due to equipment failure. Now my only option per them cancel and pay another activation fee

Only waited a few minutes, and got what I came for. The tech wrote down the info I needed, instead of just telling me. I liked that.

Dead spot no tech in dis ass crack of a spot.  They got shutdown they can't even get spotted in da GPS.  Save you time, energy, gas gooooo ATT!!!!!

This place is a nightmare. Run from T-Mobile. They created huge problems for me and no one seems to know how to fix anything.
