I’m unhappy with the 1 + phone. Too many apps. I don’t understand the “Function “ app and can’t get rid of it. There are ads that keep appearing when I told it to stop. I’m taking it back.

I should have never ignored the rating and gone elsewhere. With Sprint and TMobile merging it appears TMobile has not adopted the higher level of customer service Sprint offers. I called this location check stock on several Iphones. The female associate was very pleasant and professional and confirmed the phones were available. Upon arrival the female associate was busy with another customer. We were quickly greeted by a male associate who offered his assistance. He proceeded to review my account but needed a manager's password to go into my account. Upon accessing the account, the male associate asked the so called manager for clarification on a couple items. The manager then proceeded to say there is a balance on account and a device which was listed as another line have to be cleared. I explained I just made a payment and the payment has cleared my bank account. As for the device listed as another line on my account, Sprint sent me an email stating to destroy and dispose. The manager kept saying it takes a few days for my payment to go through. I guess he missed my point the payment was deducted out of my account. At this point it appeared we were not getting our phones upgraded after having my entire family rush to get to the location. When I made the comment "we are not moving forward with a commitment today and will consider going to a competitor " the manager's responded with negative comment and posture. Yet, he proceeds to direct the male associate to put a TMobile SIM card in my existing phone. After the manager's negative attitude touching my existing phone was not an option. When my family and I arrived home, I decided to call Sprint Customer Service. Of course it was a call center in the Philippines that I got connected to. I was connected to a person who was very pleasant and professional. Explained everything in detail. In my first sentence I explained the phones I am looking for shows out of stock online and he confirmed yes, it was the case. He proceeded to gather all my info and promised to notify me when the phones become available. He emailed me an estimate for the four phones. About five minutes after hanging up, I started receiving calls from an unknown toll free number. After four calls in a row, I answered the phone. It was the same associate who I spoke to about the phones. He was calling to let me know the phones I was looking for just came back in stock. So we moved forward to placing the orders for four phones. First, he split to orders into two seperate orders to avoid the down payment. While processing the orders, he reviewed my current plan. Upon doing so, he was able to reduce my plan sixty dollars less a month than what I am currently paying. Same unlimited plan. By saving sixty dollars on my current plan, I went ahead and paid more to get my wife and kids all IPhone 12 Pro Max versus what we originally planned on getting our kids the Iphone 12 Pro and the adults get the larger phones. The associate also waived the upgrade fee of $30 for each phone. Now we have new phones on the way to us. My experience is a prime example how people who are lower on the ladder work harder and care for others and people higher up start to care less.
