We have relationships with several thousand local chambers of commerce. ChamberofCommerce.com, like your local chamber of commerce, is a pro-business organization that helps small businesses connect with potential customers. In addition, we provide solutions for small businesses who want to grow their business on the web.
How do I find a business in my local area?
You can search in a variety of ways. By selecting find a business from the top menu, you can search for a type of business or an individual business name in your local area. also, you can manually browse our business directory by either selecting the city and state and then narrowing it down by category, or selecting the category and then narrowing it down by city and state.
How do I find a local Chamber of Commerce?
You can browse our listings of local chambers of commerce by selecting Find a Chamber from the top menu. You may then narrow your search by the particular city and state you are looking for.

How do I upgrade to a platinum membership?
If you already have an account:
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Click the “Businesses” tab
  • Select “Edit”
  • Select “Upgrade Now” under “Business Categories”
  • Or, click “Remove Ad”
  • Or, select your business name (or your name) from the top right
  • Under the “Businesses” tab select “Upgrade”
If you don’t have an account:
  • Add your business
  • Create your account
  • Select Platinum Membership package when prompted on first login

GENERAL LISTING QUESTIONS

My business information is incorrect on your directory.
You may correct this information by claiming your listing or contacting a customer support representative through our Contact Form.
I'm not a representative of a business, but I noticed the information is wrong about one.

How do I claim my listing?
If you have a business listing on ChamberofCommerce.com and have not yet claimed it, claiming it is simple. When you are on your business profile page, simply click on “Claim This Business” on your listing. If you are not able to find your business, go to our Add Your Business page.
How do I add my business to ChamberofCommerce.com?
If you do not currently have a listing on ChamberofCommerce.com, or are unsure, go to our Add Your Business page.
How do you have my business information?
Data source providers supply business information to many online business directories like ChamberofCommerce.com. These listings receive the lowest priority until they are claimed. To claim your listing, see How do I claim my listing?
How do I remove a listing from ChamberofCommerce.com?
If you would like for us to remove a listing from ChamberofCommerce.com, please visit our Contact Form. Please note that we will need a direct link to the business profile in question in order to move forward with this request.
I can't find my listing when I search through ChamberofCommerce.com.

How do I login to my account?
Simply select “Sign In” in the top right of any page. From there, input your email and password and you will be able to both view your business profile, and update any information in it. You can also login to your account by following this link: My Account.
How do I change my city?
Visit our Contact Form and one of our support representatives will assist you.
How do I change my category?
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Click the “Businesses” tab
  • Select “Edit”
  • Locate “Business Categories” on the left-hand side
  • Type in a box and then select a category
  • Click “Browse” to look at all of our categories
  • Select “Save Changes”
If you wish to be listed in multiple categories, the first one listed will be your primary category.
How do I upload a logo?
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Click the “Businesses” tab
  • Select “Edit”
  • Locate “Primary Picture” on the left-hand side
  • Select “Upload a file”
  • Browse your computer or network to find your desired logo
       a. The file must be in JPG, GIF or PNG format
  • elect the desired photo file
  • Check to make sure the field under “Upload a file” has been populated with your desired file
  • It should turn green when the file has uploaded successfully
  • If everything is correct, click “Save Changes”
How do I upload photos?
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Click the “Businesses” tab
  • Select “Edit”
  • Locate “Additional Pictures” on your profile
  • Select “Upload a file”
  • Browse your computer or network to find your desired logo
       a. The file must be in JPG, GIF or PNG format
  • Select the desired photo file
  • Wait for the file to upload
  • Check to make sure the field under “Upload a file” has been populated with your desired file
  • It should turn green when the file has uploaded successfully
  • If everything is correct, click “Save Changes”
What additional information can I place on my profile?
You may place additional information including a business description, products you offer, services you offer, brand information and specialty keywords. If you place additional keywords in the open fields, separate each keyword by a comma and capitalize the first letter of each word. Other information can include: your company slogan, payment modes, credit cards accepted, hours of operation, certifications, professional associations, languages spoken, year founded, amenities and special considerations. In addition, you will be able to place multiple contacts with their information on your business profile. I only have one location, but I service multiple cities, what do I do?
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Under the “My Info” tab
  • In the “About You” section on the right-hand site, place the cities you also service in an organic manner
  • Do not simply list them at the end
  • Place them fluidly in a sentence
  • The best place is in the middle of your description
  • Select “Save”
How do I change the information in my profile?
In your ChamberofCommerce.com business profile you have the ability to change any information except for your city, state, or password. To change this information:
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Click the “Businesses” tab
  • Select “Edit”
  • Locate Basic Information
  • Type the correct information into the fields containing the incorrect information
  • Select “Save Changes”
If you have not yet claimed your listing, you may claim it by selecting “Claim This Business” on your listing. Once you have claimed it, you may update your information. To request a city, state, or password change, please visit our Contact Form.
How do I upload a contact photo?
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Click the “Businesses” tab
  • Select “Edit”
  • Locate “Key Contacts” on the right-hand side
  • Click “Upload a file”
  • Browse your computer or network to find your desired logo
       a. The file must be in JPG, GIF or PNG format
  • Select the desired photo file
  • Photo will appear in the image box
  • Click Save next to “Upload a file”
How do I view my business profile?
  • Select “Sign In” in the top right
  • Type in your Email and Password
  • Click the “Businesses” tab
  • Click Your Business Name
  • Here you will be able to view how a potential customer will view the information you have presented. If any of the information in this view is incorrect, you’ll need to edit the information. See the additional FAQ's on how to change/edit specific information.
I lost my badge, how do I receive a new one?
If you have lost your badge, visit our Contact Form and request a new one.

My business has been claimed, but I never claimed it.
There are data services who may claim your listing without your knowing. If you would like to dispute this claim, simply select the “Is This Business Yours” link on your listing, select “Dispute” and send in the contact form. In order to change the information and receive login information to your listing, you will need to provide us with a request on company letterhead.
How do I change my password?
Simply visit our Contact Form and send in the request.
