Devon was extremely helpful today. He explained the Sprint transition, put in a new sim card for my phone, showed me how to put it in my other phone, and put on a new screen protector. And then he even took the time to find a new phone for my elderly mother who just needs a basic phone. And he did it all with a warm, friendly attitude. He made me feel valued. T-mobile needs more employees like Devon.

Last night I got to the store a little before 7p..Carlos was hands down, the BEST customer service I’ve had in long time! He was so patient and explained ALL of my options, I ended up just buying two new iphones for myself and my daughter. He was very attentive when she explained that she was worried her games wouldn’t transfer over correctly. He made sure to put her mind at ease and transferred her phone over and had her scroll through and log in to her games to make sure everything was good to go, amazing. Then he helped her set up her face recognition and shared some of his top choices for phone cases to match w/ her new purple phone.. he made this a great personal and first experience for her! I live in Henderson, and we were in the area and decided to stop into this location and I am so happy we did! Unfortunately, he’s moving to Arizona next week :( good luck to you Carlos! Wherever you go stay genuine, you’re so great!
