The man was fixing a cracked iPhone se 2020 and after he gave it to me the phone wont turn back on and it keeps showing the Apple logo but never turned on two hours after it was fixed and I tried calling him for the past two days and no answer DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

STAY AWAY - BROKE MY PHONE --AND-- BRIBES FOR GOOD REVIEWS, Miguel asked me if I could refrain from leaving my honest review if he refunded my money, I said no deal and he rescinded refund offerI had a stripe down my phone screen and took it to One Stop Wireless to get it replaced. When I was at the counter turning over my phone for repair I had just used Face ID to open it then I handed it over to the clerk. When I got my phone back the face ID was broken (tried everything to reset) and the voice dictation doesn't work. Another tech told me that if a tech isn't careful they will damage the flex connectors and the face ID is usually a common feature that is affected among the other issues I got my phone back with. Went back to OSW to try to see if they could fix it (which per my other tech seems impossible but thought I would give OSW a chance) and the owner/tech Miguel, after arguing w me for 20 minutes, told me there was nothing he could do. They take no responsibility for shoddy work and are rude and argumentative in the process I do not recommend this place for any repairs, my phone had full use of all features w just a stripe down the screen at the very time I handed it over. STAY AWAY
