        Horrible customer service!!!! On Sunday 4/7 I drove to this location to pick up a new phone I just purchased online due to starting new service. I arrived at 5:32pm and discovered both doors were locked, but there were 2 customers on the inside. By 5:40 the customers were leaving and when they opened the door to leave I then entered the building. The sales rep immediately stated were closedwhich I didnt understand because the sign clearly states they are open until 6pm. I was highly upset!!!Why didnt the sales rep come to the window to let me know they were closed?

        Service Attendant Kyle is knowledgeable about the products, processes & procedures. The store was busy with a constant stream of customers. However, Kyle remained patient, acknowledged each customer and took his time to provide excellent service rather than hurried and rushed service. I appreciate the time and care Kyle gave to ensure I received excellent service.
