        I went in today to change my carrier. I was immediately greeted by Sym and she was FABULOUS! she didn't oversell nor try to give me anything I didn't want. She made the experience SOO enjoyable! Give this girl a raise! Thank you Sym!

        Shout out to Luis for calling into customer service for me. As a business customer I sometimes run into walls when trying to get help over the phone. Luis became my middle man, and I truly appreciate his patience. Took nearly an hour of back and forth with the customer service line, but he got it done!
