Worst T mobile I’ve ever been too. Waiting over 3 months for a reply from owner who requested me to email them.

I have been with T mobile for almost 10 years now and have done a lot of business with T mobile so I definitely was shocked to visit this T mobile and receive some of the worst service imaginable. First there was a larger women with glasses who was extremely rude. Her service complete with sarcasm and the worst customer service skills I’ve seen and I am a customer service professional. I manage 5 star properties in NYC and have a great deal of knowledge in the services field. So I asked this women about an apply watch and she made me repeat I was financing the watch louder even though I clearly already answered here. Then she said ok I’m charging you an activation fee. Then I was ok but why. Of course I’m going to request information as I am attempting to make a purchase. This women said I will not sell you anything and handed me back me ID. Are you kidding? No explanation no help nothing. After all the business I’ve done with T-Mobile. This lady was the worst and extremely rude even over the phone when I called her. She is rude to perspective customers. This is no way to run a business. I’m sure lots of money is lost with that type of attitude and service. Anyway I had enough and requested to speak to someone else. She replied with I can get my manager. I said sure. He then explained it the correct way and I fully understand how we could move forward in my transaction now. Anyway I left the store disgusted but then I decided why let this women’s incompetent service ruin my day. So I went back to purchase headphones when Micheal the store manager said he was not going to sell me anything and that I was not allowed in the store because his employees were extremely upset. Are you kidding me Michael? Get real and train your associates, you already have the worst score for T mobile in the area and I can clearly see why. You guys definitely need to brush up on your people skills and service skills because as a T mobile customer for over 7 years they were by far the poorest I’ve experienced.
