It's rare to see someone so disinterested in helping a customer, but here we are. I went in to replace my screen protector under my insurance policy. The associate told me that he didn't have it in stock but that he'd order it. When he couldn't find me in their system, he told me to go to the T-Mobile where I had purchased it. After letting him know that that particular store was closed, he told me that I'd need to call customer care and then he rushed off to help another customer. When Mel came out from the back, she initially went to help someone else, but I stepped in and asked her to help solve their problem. She was reluctant, but after seeing how frustrated I was, she came over and started to work on it. She was able to find me in their system, printed a copy of the receipt (the one the other associate couldn't be bothered to find), called customer care, solved part of the problem, and worked a little magic to solve the rest. I now have a screen protector in the mail. Mel deserves kudos for stepping up to the plate when her coworker was unwilling.
