I am writing this review based on the small business marketing program of theirs I decided to try. I came down and recorded two different commercials for my business. I asked what days, times and stations I may find the commercials. I listened to their stations the exact days and times told however I never heard either of them over the air I had trusted them that they were actually being aired but still wanted to ask for data, just as you could have for yourself if you run any social media ads. I never got any form of data from them either. Seeing as I wasn't sure what I was paying for due to the lack of evidence of anything even including general data that should be getting tracked for any marketing plan I told them I wanted to pause the ads. They did pause them however they emailed me claiming I owed money and that if I didn't pay the full amount they would send it to a collection agency. I called (2x) and even left a voicemail immediately for the exact person that emailed me, they didn't answer the phone nor even call me back. I also emailed them multiple times and no response either. I was inquiring to see if they could provide me any data or evidence to make it seem worth it to pay for the "supposed" ads that were being run especially since I didn't get anything out of it not even one lead. 10 days later I find out the person just sent my account to collections since I had the collection agency call me stating it. The lack of data, evidence of the ads on air, and nothing positive not even one lead plus the lack of communication about my account and it just being sent to collections really makes me feel as if I was scammed If you are a small business that relies on marketing that actually benefits you immediately do not use this service.
