Just came in to get some questions answered, stood there for 15 minutes w/ 3 employees working and not a single one even greeted me while waiting.It's very typical to say "hello sir, sorry for the wait but we'll be right with you" to at least show you notice there's somebody waiting to be helped, not avoid eye contact the entire time hoping I'll leave (which I did)

I had Jason. That was awful customer service. I went in at the direction of customer care to get a simple prepaid sim kit to port another number to it. At first that wasnt allowed. Then he got the sim. The tablet fought him to sign up. He kept asking for other information that customer care and customer care supervisor said wasnt needed to move the line over. He finally had enough and said fine, customer care can deal with it, and walked away pushing the sim to me. I had to ask if there was something to open the sim portion of the phone with and he held up the tool on his lanyard, didnt want to use it, only half did it and walked away in a huff. Dudeeee, not cool, not okay treatment. I didnt yell at you, I didnt raise my voice, I didnt threaten, I did not Karen. I get that he wanted a higher commission off someone else, but that was completely unacceptable behavior. Go to any other location and avoid Jason. Now Im going to call customer care to finish the job as he couldnt be bothered to help. Update: Jason is no longer at the location and Eric helped me today. Eric was stellar and knew exactly who the Jason was that was horrible. I am sooo happy with the dramatic improvement in customer service and speed. Ill update from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you!!!
