        Set up NEW home internet on February 6th it went out 9 days later due to equipment failure. Now my only option per them cancel and pay another activation fee

        Horrible service. Desks are manned by children that know nothing about customer service. Asked for a manager, but none available. These individuals need to be replaced. When the manager finally arrived after I waited for half hour, he rudely refused me service. I felt discriminated.

        Top of the line service with care and attention. Joe jumped out of his skin to help and the boss Montr helped when asked. It took about 20 minutes to solve my problem, including A new SIM and my total costs arrived at Nada Dollars. They simply said that I have to pay nothing. In Vegas this is your T-Mobile place!
