        Do not go to this Metro location, I went and got new service for my wife and myself, I told the rep that I was approved for ACP, so getting a discount on my bill, they apparently only applied it temporarily for one month then my bill went up, I called customer service and they told me that it should have been applied to permanently to my account, they gave me the highest plan and applied it for one month when I specifically said I didn't want that. Basically got extra money from me for something I didn't request then when I wanted to add internet they said it was going to be 170 up front but then customer service said it was only 65 and that every month after that it should only be 25 a month, I talked to the reps up the road at the eastern location and they confirmed that as well so I don't know what kind of management they have going on at this store but if they can up charge you they will. Go to a different location that will be more transparent with you about you account.

The first ACP credit is a provisional credit as the company verifies all the information against the NV Verifier website, if everything is a match, your credit is applied on your account permanently, if there is incorrect information or feel the discount was removed in error, you may sign up through MyMetro account using a computer or feel free to visit any store to assist you with re-adding the ACP discount on your account. We have different requirement plans for our amazing phone deals, but we are a no contract company, you can downgrade your plan at anytime! We hope you’ll give us a chance to provide you with a better experience on your next visit.
