I came to Vegas on visit for conference purpose and bought a sim from T mobile during conference stay. They inserted my T mobile sim in my phone and told me that they will tap my other sim card to the sim holder to keep it safe. They somehow forget to return me my sim.
I visted their shop after two days and asked to meet the concerned person to ask for my old sim and they said they might have shredded it without confirmation from the guy who was dealing my case at the time of sim purchase.
The staff in the shop with totally non-cooperative in this matter.
My this whole experience shows that the customer support is irrresponsible and non cooperative as per my experience.
