I am with Pond since 2018 and can say only positive things about their services. They have highly professional team in the customer support. The service in general is on a high level. Due to my work nature I have to travel a lot and never had any issues with the connection. I sincerely recommend this company.

I travel a lot to get some of the video footage needed for projects. I tried all other services but POND Mobile is the only service that gives me the coverage I need, when I need it. I recommend everyone to check out their affordable plans on their website. If I do come across any technical issues, their technical support is 100% on point and easy to get a hold of. They helped me resolve so many of my technical issues on the first call.

Terrible service, problems in every country. Support forces 3-4 operators to manually change, but this does not help I just saw the reply from the owner of Pond mobile asking to describe the problem . Please open WhatsApp records of so called Pond Mobile VIP support Service started from February this year. Almost everyday I reported about the problems in different locations. Today is end of August and I have got the same problems everywhere. It seems to me that Pond sells IP phone service with extremely high price

wow where have you been all my life??? this is the by far the best wireless company out there. MOVE OVER Verizon! Pond is where its at. International service unrivaled - amazing! so happy i found you guys!
