Was having issues with my phone for a few days, when I came in the representative Rose took care of us so swiftly and efficiently and was super sweet. It was one of the best experiences I've had. Really appreciated her help and professionalism!

This is my favorite T-Mobile location. They were great when we changed our phone plan and purchased a new phone. When I needed help with my phone later, I went to a T-Mobile closer to our home and after several attempts to go there by both myself and my husband, I gave up and drove to this location that is 20 minutes farther. I received the same great service as always. Even during busy times, they have a texting system to let me know when its my turn to get help so I dont have to wait around in the store. Great location!

Edit: Mark called me and further assisted me with getting my line sorted. His customer service was excellent. Victor is also helpful. This location is closer to my house, so I would prefer to keep coming here if I do need something.

This place smells like a boys locker room and service is slow. Confused as to why rap music is playing? Poor management call
