The local staff @ Augusta airport was professional and helpful. The only reason I give a 4 star rating is becaue the car over heated.

If I could give this place seven stars, I would. Their customer service is fantastic.

Excessive wait times at pick up, even with a reservation. After that though, the car was very nice (no issues), and return was quick and easy.

Quick and convenient location, the employee working was a very genuine and friendly person and got me on my way in minutes.

Great service. Clean vehicle! Quick check in and checkout. Only suggestion is to have airport put up signs to find the shuttle.

Reasonably priced, two easy contract extensions, clean relatively low mileage (32,000 miles +/-) car.

Had a bit of a delay when picking up the car but everything apart from that was great. Very helpful team. Their lost and found even saved me from losing my passport.
