Dollar Car Rental

Horrible people in SeaTac and horrible company. Lied to me about the holding despot. Was told it was 200 to find out that the counter its 500. They are more expensive than any other car rental company on their deposits and then told me I couldnt take the car out of state yet I booked it in advance to go from Seattle to Boise. Horrible company. Needed up having to find another rental car say day in SeaTac crying due to the dollar rental. Please go somewhere else before they hustle you.

I cant explain how bad this company is. Took almost 3 hours in line before even getting the car. Picked a car just to be told we need to take it back because it's still on a rental. So go through the process again causing us to pretty much lose a day of yourplans on the trip. Then we return the car on time just to find out they charged me for 2 extra days saying we didn't return the car ontime as we are sitting 1500 miles away. They except the refund and this is on the 22nd of November still haven't received anything just to be told today they just processed it and can possibly see the return between the 12th to 30th over a month and a half to return my money they stole from me. With nothing else but a poor excuse if an apology.

The worst car rental company. If you question a charge you can reach no one to help you and after 1.5 hrs they ask why you are upset. Maybe because you have no customer service!
