Fast in and out since it is such as small airport, but it would be nice to know ahead of time if they offer Express service- they DO NOT. Express members must stand in line at the kiosk in the garage. Easy walk to the garage, across from the terminal

If theres anything below 1 star I would give it to you. I rented a car for a week ans the employee didnt show me if there is anything wrong with the car. When I returned it out of no where they told me that there is a small dent in the back bumper and now they are filing a report that says the car got hit while I was driving it but I didnt hit it or anything. I took a look at the dent and I found that it is rusty and old and they are trying to fix it through me. Stay away from them!!!!

I was very excited to get a reasonably priced rental car in Boston from a reputable business. However, when I got there they had nothing but scams. First, they told me if I didn't go with their insurance and only had mine, they would charge up to $200/day if the car needed any repairs while it's out. For 4 days of insurance they wanted over $300. NEXT, they told me I could only have an electric vehicle (I had chosen the managers special for any economy car). We're we're heading to go camping so there was no way to have an electric car. They wanted to charge $90/day for a car that runs on gas. I talked them down to $45/day which for 4 days that somehow came up to over $300. Then they wanted $15/day for an Ez-pass, and if course additional drivers are $30/day extra. So essentially my $247, 4 day rental car was adding up to be well over $1k. This is a scam business and shameful
Even the below response feels like a scam considering the link below is an automated bot where I can have my charges explained. This place is terrible. Pay a little extra where you'll at least get upfront charges. Dollar is no longer reputable.
