        Booked a car rental with them at Love Field Airport... I got off my flight at 10p got my bag claimed and made it to the car rental shuttle area by 10:30p. Dollar shuttle never came by 11p I called Dollar they informed me to get on the Hertz shuttle only to be told by the hertz driver he couldn't take me. By this time all rental car places were CLOSED. I had to pay for a taxi to get to my airbnb just to pay for a lyft the next morning to pick up a rental. The service was awful. I would not recommend renting from them
