        This was the absolute worst rental experience I have ever had. The women at the service desk gave me false information about their polices. I had to go back to my house and then return to the rental desk to appease this miserable women. When I looked up said policy and quoted the website she made up something about it being an airport policy (which has no affiliation to the car rental organization). I wasnt going to write a review based solely on this because the vehicle was actually very nice, BUT I get a call from the rental agency the day I returned it stating I will be contacted by an insurance company because of chips in the windshield I will have to pay for because she said I didnt take the extra insurance. I was never explained (by the horrible front desk lady) that I would be charged for chipped windows and there was an additional fee to pay to avoid this.

        We rented a car for 1 day. we picked up the car in Denver they charged us $350 for it and then we dropped it off that same night in Grand junction Colorado and they tacked om another $300 charge out if nowhere, told us to call customer service to dispute it, they won't answer the phone calls our email, we're reporting it as fraud please go anywhere besides this awful company that will basically rob you. Really horrible.
