Dollar Car Rental

Tyler at the front desk was incredible. Smooth transaction, and even offered a couple flexible options. Definitely the easiest transaction ive had when renting a car. Recommend Dollar car rentals to anyone in the Valley.

We had a great experience with the local Dollar Car Rental team. Rachel and company provided us with a mountain worthy car, at a reasonable rate and helped us with our travels. Our plan is to use them again, when we are in the area!

I would recommend Dollar because of the best in class service at the Vail (Eagle) Airport. The very well-prepared staff were able to meet all my needs regarding the rental. Katrina and her team (Tyler, Ismael and all the staff) were amazing and make me feel like the only client.

Scam artists. Do not use this car rental agency. They did not inform me they will charge $750 for me to return the vehicle in Denver. I did say I was doing so but they neglected to inform me. I was in town due to an emergency and did not take time to read the rental agreement. Rachel Yandle is the manager and extremely unhelpful. They refuse to help and I can not pay this bill on my credit card. No-one will give me another manager name. Typical scam and so unfortunate. When I requested the owner information and franchise contact Rachel said it was harassment. Do not use.

Katrina Sharp had the best attitude any customer could ask for. This is the peak season for rentals and all of the employees working long days. Professionalism at its best!!! We will be booking direct with Dollar on my future visits. Thank you Katrina for putting a smile of our faces
