        I reserved a full size truck and they did not have one to give me when I arrived. I had to settle for a jeep which I am not used to driving. It was a very nice jeep with all the options but just wasnt what i asked for. If you reserve a specific vehicle it should be there when you arrive. Like the old Seinfeld bit, the reservation holds the car or at least you would think
