    I arrived the vehicle I reserved months ago was present this time. The clerk was quick with checking me in and very polite. The process took no more than 10-12 mins and I was off in the wind. Fast forward, to the day I dropped vehicle off I pulled in the clerk greeted me did what he had to do and printed me off a receipt and that was it. Overall, I was very pleased with this location and the urgency they work with to get customers in and out.

    I had a wonderful experience. The car was ready and clean when I picked it up. My only complaint would be that when I drove it off, the low washer fluid warning came on. I've noticed these warnings a lot when renting. I'm not going to put more washer fluid, or oil, or anything else in the car. The rental company should be taking care of that, leaving me stress free.

    I picked up a Chevy equinox in Indianapolis, Indiana to watch my son graduate at Fort Jackson in South Carolina. The equinox had some rotor issues and was having problems breaking as it should in the car was shaking. I was then told to take it to the Columbia airport in South Carolina to switch them out although I did have roadside assistance so they shouldve brought the vehicle to me, but they did not. I had to miss parts of my sons graduation to make sure that I had a safe vehicle, I showed up at the location and spoke to a gentleman who was allegedly the manager. His name was Arnez. Arnez got the vehicle switched out however, the new vehicle was extremely dirty, had hair, dog hair, human hair, all kinds of things in it. The smell was unbearable and one of my passengers is highly allergic to animals so I let him know about the smell or that is his response was I have something that can take care of that and he comes back with Lysol spray and sprays. The inside of the vehicle didnt attempt to try to clean the dog hair or anything, after spraying the Lysol, Im sure you can imagine that did not take care of the smell, especially a strong pet odor smell. I let him know that that did not satisfy the smell at all and his response to me then I could either drive the unsafe vehicle, or I can drive the vehicle that smells like an animal, because there was nothing else that he could do for me so we spent the rest of our vacation cleaning a vehicle that was not spent $25 to clean that vehicle still could not get the smell out of the vehicle. One of my passengers that rode with me had to take Benadryl the entire time that we were in the vehicle due to all allergic reactions . All in all terrible experience I have to go through, especially missing my sons army graduation the way that I was treated in this experience for a $700 rental was unacceptable. There has not been anything done. I have reached up to corporate and Im being told that someone will call me back but I dont know that thats even gonna happen. I have pictures along with everything else to document. What had happened I even have the video of Arne, spraying the Lysol and his response and how he treated us , I really hope the enterprise does what they should do and tries to make this right I dont want any money. I simply just want to talk to someone in an apology for a higher up level. I missed something that Im never going to get back which is my sons graduation and I to miss that in reality I paid $700. I have to miss my sons graduation.
