hung up on me after waiting on hold for 10 minutes to confirm a reservation edit: twice & I could hear my voice as an echo saying hello when the busy signal ended before they hung up

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Jacob work with us at HHI Enterprise Rent-A-Car. We had rented from Savannah and had a sensor on the original vehicle go bad when driving it (less than 20 miles in). He was able to swap us vehicles, a Honda Ridgeline, and not charge us extra (Or turn around and go back to Savannah)! He also was able to explain the extra insurance coverages and prompted us to take the insurance due to a prior bad experience with a 3rd party insurance coverage. Jacob was extremely kind, listened well, and did everything he could to make our trip enjoyable. Jacob, you are exactly what a business owner would want! Your customer service was top notch. Walking in the door, it was a relief to see you when we stopped back prior to our departure. You are Awesome and truly a great person. To anyone looking for a rental... Ask for Jacob.
