Thrifty

Worst experience ever. Reserved a car 3 weeks ago, waited around for employee to get there 15 minutes late just to tell me that all they had was a pickup truck. I have a truck, I needed a third row vehicle. Waited on the supervisor to come speak to me and never happened. Serious waste of time.

One of the easiest rental experiances I have ever had. This was a truly a great  rental experiance, and i even got a free upgrade.

Customer service great. Business practices horrible. This is the second time I've book a rental and returned home empty handed. If the policy is 48 hours that should be stated. If no cars are available.....update the site. Stop having people order and waste their time trying to rent a car that is not available. I specifically called the corporate number to check this time and was assured there would be no issues at the cae office and the first thing they tell me is that there isn't anything available.

Not sure whose fault it was but I had some significant heartburn during this experience.  Rented the pickup through Priceline.  Called Thrifty to make sure that there was a pickup ready and everything was okay.  Got to the airport counter and was told that there was no pickups at the airport.  Showed them my confirmation. Sorry, no pickups.  Told them I had called Thrifty and they said that was corporate and they are "not affiliated" with them now.  Sorry, no pickup.  Stood at the counter and called corporate.  They said they would check with Hertz.  In luck, Hertz has a pickup, but it wouldn't be ready for 3 hours and would cost 3 times as much $270+ for the day.  WHAT!  Then Lateshea, at the counter said that a pickup had "just come in".  Worked out just short of a heart attack.  Lateshea FIVE STARS.
