        Jordan the manager onsite last night was out of control, minimal number of SUV available to rent also very rude when asked for assistance.. will not going back !

        Very satisfied. No lines, super friendly atmosphere. Got better car than booked. I was served by a very nice tall guy, don't remember the name unfortunately.

        I ended up being charged double what I expected. I refused the extra insurance when I booked and upon picking up the car. yet still was charged. I complained directly to Dollar and was told I would hear back in 24-48 hrs it's been two weeks and nothing. I called again and again was told someone would call me back still nothing.I won't use them again.

        This place is incredibly slow. Dont have any pressing plans when you need a vehicle, they are owned by the same company as Thrifty and Hertz. I get remotes weekly from this place and they are always slow, understaffed and make no effort to hurry.
