Worst costumer service, DONT BOOK HERE!

The worse customer service experience I have ever had. In a nutshell- they refused my rental claiming my interim drivers license (which is issued by the DMV, when you lose your physical license) was invalid. Proceeded to offer me zero solutions, be extremely rude and basically washed their hands of the situation even after my reservation was paid in full beforehand. I also witnessed the counter person be horribly rude to the client ahead of me and after me as I was scrambling to figure out how to resolve my situation. Left without a car, it ruined my plans. Do yourself a favor, do not book here.

They need to change the name to "More Dollar Car Rental because their prices seem to be getting higher and higher. I need to shop around for better rates!!!

Do not rent a car here. Is preferible to go somewhere else even if it's a little further. This place is just not worth it, I wish I had read the reviews before coming here omg. Don't be fooled by the prices they show online it's all a lie, you en up paying 3x more than what they tell you it is. Awful!!!!
