The Business Store offers a range of tools to help companies sell their products and services. These tools include an e-commerce solution, a marketplace, and an Order Management Service. The business-focused features of the Microsoft Store are designed to help companies sell their services and software and services from partners, suppliers, and other business partners.
Microsoft Store Business features include:
- List of products and services available.
- Applications and software available on Windows and Microsoft device platforms.
- Sales support, including online help guides, online training videos, and specialized events where Microsoft partners can help customers with their implementations.
- Bespoke sales support call center (CSC), a special channel for sales questions based on industry expertise specific to certain verticals or business models. Manufacturers can turn to the CSC when they have questions about their business model.
• Order Management Service (OMS), which provides Microsoft's automated order fulfilment tool to solve order management issues by allowing orders to be fulfilled instantly without manually entering orders or updating shipping details on existing orders via email, phone, or web portals. Orders are routed to the appropriate supplier automatically using the information provided by the customer during the ordering process.
