I WILL NEVER CALL FOR SUPPORT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THANKS DARNELL. I am so disappointed with how I have been treated and talked down to my the manager of this store. I was helped my two sales people via the phone before this guy jumped on the line. I am an apple person through and thru, Here is my experience with the Mission Valley store. I have a program that I am mandated to use Xactimate and after spending time speaking with the kind support people of Xactware I found that I needed to purchase a PC. I asked and was given the specifics of the laptop I need to perform the work that I do, and upon calling the store, I was routed to a nice women who took all the notes necessary and routed me to Mission Valley, my local store. She took the time to take all the notes necessary to point me in the right direction and forwarded me to the right salesperson at the Mission Microsoft store, but did not recite the information I spent ten minutes reciting to her to the next person. I spoke with a kind individual, I think his name was Anthony and again I asked him If I could email him or the store the requirements of Xactware. He was very obliging but said No. I ask him if the Mission Valley store had an email I could have to forward the specs I needed and upon that, Darnel the manager interrupted the phone call and jumped on the line that I was talking with Anthony. Darnell the manager on duty started to do anything in his power to talk over me, when I asked to speak to the original person I was speaking to, he tried belittle me and treated me as if I was an Idiot. I even apologized and said can I send you the Xactware requirements or can you you look them up. I even said I could go to Best Buy, but the reason I came to you was, I trusted Microsoft and your products and thought I could get some good advice from the source. He wasn't having any of that and told me to look at he internet and when I told him I'd give him a bad review and asked him his name, he disconnected our phone call. There is and always will be be better solutions, this is not one of them. Try Best Buy or Dell. Darrell you customer service stinks. I will never understand how management put you there in the first place. You should not be allowed to talk to the general public or manage people. I guess Best Buy is my next call. The first biggest lesson as it regards to this is, treat others how you would expect to be treated. The Golden Rule. SORRY THIS DOES NOT APPLY HERE, VERY DISAPPOINTED!
