Very helpful people on there. For someone who hasn't purchased much new tech in several years, it's like stepping into the future. They price match, so bring your costco prices.

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Microsoft Surfacebook Pro in December of 2018. I paid about $2800 out the door. It has 8 GB of memory. My Surfacebook Pro is still like new. It has barely been used because it doesn't have enough memory. Today I called to find out how much it would cost to upgrade the memory and was told it couldn't be upgraded due to the design (something I wasn't told then I bought it). I was then told that since my Surfacebook Pro was 8 months old, as opposed to 6, it would be eligble for $300 credit in trade in!! That's an 85% depreciation in 8 months!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MICROSOFT COMPUTER AGAIN AND I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO.
