I've found the customer service at the Microsoft Store in Valley Fair mall to be helpful and friendly (even during busy times). I've now purchased several PCs/laptops for them. And, when it has come time for customer support, they have always been there for me - helpful & quick-to-respond. I had a hard drive crash, and they quickly responded to getting the replacement drive loaded with Windows and ready-to-go.
Additionally, I've found their prices have always been fair - including the cost for a repair I had them do that had occurred outside-of-warranty.
Based on my experience, you're safe to give the Microsoft Store at Valley Fair a try.
