The other day I came to this store to get a new Iphone and switch my old carrier to Verzion at the same time. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gater from Verizon. My situation was complicated for different reasons, and I must say, my experience with Gater was nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. What stood out to me was his attentiveness. I usually have no issue coming into the store to buy a new phone or related products and have been greeted by friendly workers. Today I went in and there was an older woman with brown hair working, never said hello to me or greeted me for the 15 minutes I was standing in the store. When I went to look at some of the iPhones, she yelled at me that they were locked down. I asked if she was busy and if I should go to a different store and she said sure. So thats what Ill do. Crazy rude attitude, especially when youre a current customer and looking to buy a new phone.
