Microsoft Store

Summary: Microsoft's Store people have little to no knowledge & doesn't care about serious hazardous issue with battery of laptop. They are happy to sell new one rather oblige with warranty which their company sold to business. I have Surface Pro-4, I use it for business purpose with extended warranty. Like all other Surface Pro 4 with my colleagues it developed a Swollen battery issue. I thought Microsoft Store @ Kenwood might me help out. I went on Friday checking if they can replace my hazardous laptop with same configuration laptop. Store executive didn't find one in inventory but requested to check back on Monday assuming a new day might get them new Inventory while insisted they can swap mine for lower configuration which I denied. I called back Kenwood store through store number which is unfortunate experience as it is difficult to reach a person to talk. But I did reach & that person ask me to go back to store today(Monday) with promise that they have device from which they can replace. I did remind him experience of my last visit but he assured they do have inventory & requested to come with clean device & backed up data. I did as asked, but again Store employee had no clue & was rude to point out they only replace with lower configuration or connect again with Microsoft Support number.

Bought a new Xbox elite series 2 controller right before covid hit and it's junk and I can't return it for another one because they're closed indefinitely. Plz open BK up. The world is still revolving!!!!

It is very DIFFICULT to wind your way through the telephone to get a simple answer. I was constantly thrown into a national que. Very frustrating! Microsoft needs to work on customer service.

The customer service at this store is unmatched by any other retailer that exists. Mike, the store manager is knowledgeable and outstanding. I will never buy my Microsoft products anywhere but here from now on. Microsoft stands by their products, and I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you, Mike.
