        Quick transaction if you do your research beforehand since the area is closed for demos. Only buy at the doorstep. I did my research and got out of the store in 5 minutes.

        Custo.er service was a bit scarce. The person that greeted me directed me to a chair, then walked away. The woman who ran a diagnostic on my surface book plugged in a thumb drive. Said I need a new computer and a refurbished replacement was 650 and then just walked off. I am unimpressed with both the quality of the machine purchased and the fact that when it fails completely out of the blue, they want more money. The quality is why we pay such an inflated price for it in the first place. So disappointed.
