        Spent 4 hours there watching 4 Microsoft employees prove their inability to install Outlook on a MacBook Pro. Worse:. I was told to come back in 2 hours to meet with Jennifer Gherasim - who was in a meeting when I returned and thus not available. An entire day shot to Hell due to ignorance and proven gross incompetence.
