I've been calling all week to schedule an appointment but nobody picks up the phone. Do I have to go in person to make an appointment? Or can I just walk in to be seen?

Dont ask me to show up 15 mins BEFORE my appointment time when the doctor showed up 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time.
