Most complete eye exam I have ever had. Most up to date equipment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Provider explained everything to my satosfaction and answered all of my questions.

Now that I understand how the office is set up I can recommend highly. I was confused at first, however there are two people up front a glasses measuring professional and the eye technician. The eye technician will help you with your appointment. The eyeglass professional will help with frames. They are separate entities.

Had a bit of a scare with flashes and floaters in my vision overnight, went online to see if I could find eye care open on a Saturday that could see me. Family First Vision Care at Dove Valley had open appointments available online, so easy, registration taken care of ahead of the appointment online as well. Wasnt sure what to expect, but they took me right in and did a retinal exam within minutes. Dr Socolof was just wonderful. Calm, professional, educational. Loved her. It was such a relief to know all was ok. So glad to have found this location.
