Optometrist was excellent in describing the pictures of my eyes & what different parts of the eye were & explaining how I might possibly be in the beginning stage of cataracts. Very friendly & informative.

The office was very professional, I got right in. Staff was very helpful and the Dr was very nice and down to earth, answered all my questions in an easy to work with and understandable way without trying to upsell! I really like the new equipment they have that takes a picture of your eye without having to dialate you.

We had appointments to another optometrist at eye glass world. After being there for what felt like forever. Not being told any information, updated or anything we left. Found out LensCrafters do same day glasses on certain frames/lenses. So we went online. Found our closest one, were able to make an appointment for same day. Once we got there, they greeted us and told us our next step. Filled out the paperwork and we started looking around. The guy in the front (I can’t remember his name he was amazing) helped us with selection. Once we went back they explain all the machines for testing, explained the new machine for seeing the back of my eye. It was amazing. Then when I went to see the doctor he made sure my fears that have been pushed on me since I was young were most likely unfounded and pushed that fear down. Once out we spoke with the fella in the front again, he helped finalize our glasses, even kinda talked me into some prescription sunglasses. All in all, a wonderful experience with everyone there. I will definitely be back, and recommend them to everyone who I know needs glasses or contacts. Thanks!
