Don't waste you time. I tried to get through to them, via voicemail, email, etc., for 4 months, with no results.I finally walk in (without any information, since they don't return emails or calls) and am sent away by some manager looking lady, who could have cared less about my situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in and picked out my glasses before Christmas. I still do not have them and I have not been updated on them. I will never use them again.

A few years ago I purchased glasses at this location without any problems. I went there this past February following cataract surgery. I wanted to order my first pair of glasses following surgery. Medicare would be paying for this pair. I spoke with the manager Robyn and she said there is a prior approval process that will take about a week. I told her these are not the routine pair of glasses and I didnt understand waiting an additional week for someone that needs glasses very soon. She did not appear to be very familiar with the process but she made copies of my documents. I went back a few days later and ordered 2 more pair which would arrive sooner than the Medicare pair. Today I anxiously went to get my new glasses only to find out Robyn had put in the wrong prescription and the glasses were of no use to me. It was just one big blur. She said she would get them redone by the end of the week or I could have my money back. If I wasnt in such desperate need for glasses I would have gone elsewhere but I cant go another 3 weeks or so without my new prescription . My cataract surgery recovery has been challenging and my new prescription would help so much. I cannot use my old prescription and the readers cause too much strain on my eyes. The total disregard for a persons quality of life (SEEING) is appalling. I should have looked at the ratings before going there but since my last experience was good I thought I could still trust that. But the ratings are horrible. A minus 2 in some websites and a D- with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If the manager doesnt know what shes doing or just doesnt care about the customer/patient quality of life, why should the employees. DONT THE RATINGS CONCERN YOU? Update: Yesterday (3/23) I received a text message that my glasses were ready. I drive to the store only to find a sign on their door that the store would be closed the entire day. The website stated it was open. Today I go back to pick up my much needed glasses only to be told they wont be ready until the 27th or the 29th. I will now be submitting a complaint to the Consumer Affairs with the Attorney Generals office and the Federal Trade Commission for the deceitful practices and just plain and simple incompetence. SHAME ON YOU FOR WHAT YOU PUT YOUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH!

So reading these reviews, this place gets a really bad rap. We've been going here for years. While there have been times where they're incredibly busy, nobody likes to wait, of course it's going to start you off on the wrong foot. I try to schedule my visits on the least busiest days. I get my eyes examined by the optometrist and I usually take my prescription home and order classes online because they are less expensive. This time I decided to buy glasses because they were running a great special . Priscilla help me find my frames, there were so many that I couldn't make up my mind. They were also lightweight, which is what I was looking for. Priscilla really took the time to answer all my questions. I feel I'm going to be happier because adjustments can be made right in the store as opposed to ordering online and having to send them back. All in all my visit was top notch five stars. Thank you again Priscilla..
