Thank You Dr. Cassidy & Team... As of today.. 15 months to the day {of a detached retina crises), I can finally see fully. Like from watching TV in the dark to turning on the lights :-) I am amazed how I can read the signs like across a store, street signs etc. I am not sure of the lessons why life took me through this.. I know it has once again humbled me... making me so grateful & thankful to God for to see today. A month ago I kept saying I am happy to have the sight I had... Even then, I didn't realize just how much I was missing. Today I give Gratitude & Thanks to you & your staffs professional help :-) Jeff

My eye exams were done very thoroughly by a very knowledgeable, experienced and caring person named Ruby. She took care to make sure I was comfortable. She did so many tests on my eyes that I had never had before. Then, I saw Dr. Cassidy and he explained everything about the different types of surgery I could have. He explained what the outcome would be with each type of surgery. All the staff was very good, especially Gina. Thank you so much.

I am pleased with the results. I still have to have my left eye done. I now can read with my old 'reader' glasses.

The person who took my initial info at the beginning of the visit seemed incredibly annoyed, like everything I said was a waste of their time. There was audible sighing and visible eye rolling. Quite rude. Dr. Kalina was fantastic, though. Answered all my questions, gave helpful advice on administering eye drops, etc. Very happy with my consultation with him. Here's what upsets me more than the rude person at the beginning of my visit: I asked for a full eye exam + glasses prescription, but they didn't record my pupillary distance. They cannot POSSIBLY be unaware of the need for pupillary distance when ordering prescription glasses, and I clearly asked them for a full exam + prescription, so why on earth, when I called back for the information, did they so casually inform me that they just don't bother to check pupillary distance? On anyone? Ever? Extremely rude. Additionally: the price for an eye exam + glasses prescription has SKYROCKETED. Nearly $300. Absolutely not worth it when you can get the same thing at Costco or Walmart for a fifth of the price.
