Nationwide Vision

This place is not that great don't have a nice selection of frames for the glasses but the eye doc is nice the staff in front are rude and not helpful, I've had better experiences with different girls that have worked there i think these are new and rude not the same vibe anymore.

Franceli Villavicencio she's Manger at the Bethany home and 35th ave. She's the best we trouble with my frame she over and beyond and made sure that we got my glasses taken care of she also helped my roommate's and they are very happy too she's the bestand the Dr. Burr is great too. Go and see for yourself.

I came to brig my son for some glasses and exam and stuff, and while I was here for him I saw a glasses frame that I really wanted so I called my eye doctor and had them email me my prescription so i could order the frame here, and I guess here they still use fax and not email, which I thought was strange because its 2024 and many places use email now, but anyway the manager helped me get it printed from my email and I was able to order the frame I wanted so that was great. Place smells nice, is clean and short wait times pretty good service thanks

The doctor here is absolutely rude. He was really frustrated with me because I couldnt answer the questions he was asking me and I was trying to explain to him but he just didnt wanna hear it from me. So unprofessional and rude. And of course the manager wasnt their to assist us so we just walked out. How can they provide services if they are so unhappy with themselves and try and take it out on clients. Never going back again.
