The staff and dr need better training or to overall close . Staff will not reach out to inform of any changes, updates or time frame . The time frame for your order can change from 2 weeks to a month and you will only find out if you reach out as it looks like the staff enjoys gossiping and chatting more than following up with patients. Dr is very rude and wont even hold a conversation or say hello , she might even be judgmental and want to get you as soon as possible only walking away when done and not returning to even professionally dismiss herself. When confronted on the several different time frames provided by a number of 2 members they will only justify themselves saying they dont know who I spoke last as they do not keep record of anything (per supervisor ) waste of time , money and resources. After this horrible experience , I am gladly going to wait for my order with a professional office that can keep me on the loop instead of giving my money to careless and incompetent practices. I hope this review helps so others do not go through the overwhelming process and treatment this offices provides . Do better and shame on you.

Do not come to this facility. I have an active prescription that they are unwilling to change brands for, when it is the brand I have used my entire life and the brand they gave me (for the first time I ever used it) hurts my eyes and makes them dry. Even though my prescription is still active, they are refusing to help me without an entire new eye exam. I will no longer be doing business with this establishment.

The staff here was amazing! From the receptionist to the optometrist to the eyeglass tech, they all had the best service, patience and was absolutely fantastic!
