Good in store staff who do your examinations. If you try to call its an instant 40 min hold after they ask if they can Put you on a "brief hold". Also have been hung up on multiple of times. Get it together. Being short staffed as I've been told, isn't an excuse to hang up on customers.

Helpful staff. My one complaint is that your chairs are facing the wrong way. People do not like sitting with their backs to the doors. As a vet, I almost walked out because of this.
