        I Rent the car at this location. I pickup the car at 11:54am and returned at 2:30pm at the same date and location. and charge me for full day charge. I Returned because the car dont have an E-Zpass. The Car smell smoke cigarettes. And the passenger front chair cannot recline the backseat, Car is so dirty. I, returned because couldnt use! Because the car not working properly. For less than 3hours I was charged for full day of service.
