The best rental car experience ever! The car was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Dominick checked us in quickly and courteously, and drop-off was friendly and easy too. Becky even gave us a lift back to the train station, which we really appreciated. The office closes at 5, but you can do an after-hours drop-off if you need it. I especially like that it's a family-run business. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience renting from the Avis/Budget in Westfield NJ. I rented a 15 passenger van for a trip through Ontario and into Quebec, Canada. Dominick was very helpful and diligent in reserving the van. In fact, there was a promotion at the time of my booking that he informed me about which was a nice discount. He also let me pick up the vehicle at or after 5pm the night before the trip at no cost. He also allowed me to return it early the day after we returned from the trip and did not charge for that day either. Returning the van was quick and simple. There were no hidden fees and the actual final bill was less than he originally quoteda pleasant surprise. I will definitely book the rental van again next year for our annual trip through Dominick and Avis/Budget in Westfield NJ.
