Rented a car online. My pick up and drop off was handled by Tamecka. She was wonderful and super nice. Everything was done quick and easy with no problems at all. I will definitely use them again!

Have rented from this location many times and highly recommend. Tamecka is very professional,swift and efficient. Seeing her friendly smile is always a pleasant experience.

I had gone there a few times and everyone was really nice. Dominic checked with the main office on ezpass- how they dont know is beyond me. He said I could use it at a $4 fee per day plus tolls. really there was no ez pass. I was moving and didnt get my mail right away but eventually got the ez pass violations. I had $250 worth of fees for ezpass on top the tolls cause of their mistake and they took no accountability. They even twisted it all and made it seem like they hadnt said what they told me. they clearly had. they hadnt had ez pass in over two years but they didnt know this and told me the car did. I had them double check cause they were uncertain. after calling the main office they told me it was a $4 charge to use plus tolls. during a busy time of moving and renovations I had to waste 2-3 hours dealing with the violations- 1 even went to a collection agency- cause I was moving and got my mail late. finally due to ez pass removing $200 of fees (using someones account to have the removal) I was able to pay the tolls and $50 remaining fees. hopefully it is out of collections and didnt effect my credit. this all still wasted 2-3 hours of my time and cost me $50 in fees it shouldnt have. my time is not being reimbursed for this nor have they owned the $50 fee they caused. the worst part is they basically lied to me and took no accountability. I dont care how nice people are if they are going to cost me time and money for their mistake and lie about it they are not nice at all. customer service at budget sucks. Nadine who I spoke to that is in the main office did absolutely nothing but waste more of my time and act like not taking accountability for their employees mistakes was normal. it shouldnt be. obviously I wont use them again.
