Without a doubt the worst parking garage. The garage used to be run by pro park, who did a wonderful job managing the facility, going above and beyond. They even planted flowers seasonally. Laz parking is without a doubt the worst management company a garage could have. First, they attempted to take away reserved spaces. Many of the garage patrons who have been using it for a long period of time bought specific spaces that they then owned. In order to maximize their profit and minimize the positive experience of the garage patrons they attempted to take away these reserved spaces, and anyone who had a reserved space had to park in any of the reserved spaces. Luckily since the many of the people owned their spaces laz was unable to do this. Then, in the name of environmental efficiency, which is certainly a good cause, they installed motion actives led lights in the garage. However, when going to the garage in the middle of the night recently, the entire garage was dark and the lights only turned on after you walked past them. On top of all this, laz has been raising the monthly charges for reserved spaces, and no longer sells actual reserved spaces. All of this is not the fault of the workers at the garage, who most likely have no control over any of this, but it is the fault of the horrendous management company, which has done nothing but worsen the garage since they arrived.

Do not park here. Terribly expensive and rude staff. We came back to our car on time but the exit gate was closed. By the time we turned around and got funneled though the other exit with all the traffic, we were passed our time by 1 min and the attendant made us pay $20 extra dollars, totaling $43 for 3 hours. Ive gotten 24 hr parking, valet, in Manhattan for less. Absolutely absurd! Stay away!

Referring to the Avis booth in the parking garage. Terrible service and employees are unprofessional and not helpful at all. Car options are the worst. To the point where its insulting. Ive rented a car here multiple times out of desperation because there are no other options in Hudson County, but I will be renting from Newark Airport going forward. Itll be worth the extra money.
