image This review is based on the service at the front desk. I came in here to make a delivery today and let me tell you the front desk has a disgusting attitude. 2 men and a woman were sitting up front, the woman was very quiet however when I asked where I should put the delivery the two men were very dismissive and had a very nasty attitude, they made no eye contact and basically waved me off. When I said where should I put it on the counter the Latin man sitting next to the African American man yelled me and me and said yeah, yeah over there. Customer service goes all around whether or not you are dealing with a guest or someone making a quick stop in. Besides the filthy power tripping snarky attitudes, I can say inside looked decent however I would never spend my money here. A lot more places to go where they will actually speak to you like a human being and not pick and choose who they show respect to. Also I forgot to add the gentleman working the parking lot was very helpful and kind but besides everyone else needs better training

image Guest services are lacking here. We stayed here for 3 nights waiting for our grandson to be born. Day 2 we decided to kill some time at the mall across the street. Big street, big mall. So we went to get our car from the valet, and he suggested we take the free shuttle instead. They have a Cadillac car and a van. They told us to just call when we were done shopping. Great right? Not when you call and they don't pick you up! My husband is an 80 year old veteran with both a knee and hip replacement. He was already tired from walking in the mall when we called. We were at the furthest end of the mall and were told by the woman at the desk that there was no driver! I asked that the manager call us back to make something happen, get us a car! Call an Uber or simply send someone in the car who had a drivers license! It's a mile away! My husband was already DONE! This was difficult for him, and across a road that was more like a freeway! If we would have know this would potentially happen we would have taken our car! The manager finally called my cell as we were walking into the hotel.
On the positive side the hotel beds are good and rooms are clean. We were looking forward to room service but every one of the 3 days of breakfasts we ordered was wrong. First morning they only brought one of the two meals, next morning forgot the bacon altogether, third morning forgot the cheese on the eggs.
They want you to order using the QR code but you can't order scrambled eggs there, or plain yogurt. So when you call they sometimes don't answer.
Dinner was excellent in the restaurant albeit expensive. We actually spent more on food than the room. Alejandro the waiter in the restaurant was the best! He saved the stars from being 1 star because he was so attentive and friendly. You can tell he loves his job, and is a people person.

image Such a great hotel with so many amenities. They have the pool, gym, hot tub and a sauna. All of those areas were very clean. The locker room had lockers in them. They have number locks on them. The showers were clean as well. The bartender was great. Steve made great drinks and kept us entertained the entire night. I will come back to the bar just to chat with him some more. He definitely knows how to bartend. The rooms were your typical hotel room. The entire hotel was 5 star.
Rooms: The rooms were very clean.
Nearby activities: Downtown Summit is not to far. They have a few bars and restaurants to go to.
Walkability: The short hills mall is right across the street from the mall.
