Excellent car upgrade. Very little waiting at pickup, smooth process at end of rental. Good new location within new Terminal A. Only flaw was the smarmy guys at the desk whose sarcasm sounded a bit out of place.

Charged me for two extra days even though I brought the car back 2 days early. I told them that the first time they asked for a review. Then they (or the AI bot) pestered me a second time for a review, which is why you're reading it here. There seems to be a increasing lack of actual human intelligence in the Avis process.

Avis has a nasty habit of charging you for gas even though you return the car with a full tank. They think you will not look at the details of your receipt. This has happened on numerous rentals from Avis.
